The brand-new room was reasonably priced and had air conditioning. The hotel is located in a good area close to shops, the main train station, and popular tourist attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum.

Tour guide and restaurants, which were recommended to us, were partly in need of improvement.

The venue was spotless and charming, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating when I asked for a room change, also the location was very convenient, close to a major street.

The room was very affordable and spotlessly clean with air conditioning, the staff were incredibly nice. The service provided there was terrific. They had an early check-in after midnight. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to a tube station. We ordered lunch at La Cucina Nazionale, located close to the venue.

The rooms were impeccably clean, had tea and ice available, and the bed was comfortable, making for a really pleasant stay here.

Super central location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was rich and cheap for 5€. Only the parking lot is expensive, but that is normal in Rome. But in return it is directly at the hotel and is guarded. When we get back to Rome we'll definitely come back

The hotel's central location near a grand boulevard was very convenient. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent.- The breakfast was very good, with a variety of cakes, pastries, and a coffee machine available.

Breakfast . During the time of check in we have been given the key for the room which was already occupied .It was embarrassing . Later it was changed and we have given a different room. There was no coffee / Tea in the room . Complementary water was there on the first day only . Wifi was not working.

The room on the third or fourth floor has a bright atmosphere and a comfortable bed, and there is an Irish bar on site.

The staff at the bell desk are exceptionally nice and immensely pleasant. The room is neat, very affordable, and has excellent views, a lovely small balcony, storage space.- The breakfast is very very good with a great selection of food.- The hotel has a magnificent and unbeatable location near Teatro dell'opera di Roma.

Old fashioned blankets ( uncomfortable ), better to get a quilt in a double bed. No complementary water in room. Basic breakfast, no variation, every day same choice.
